By commissioning, you're accepting to the following conditions.
CONDENSED TERMS OF SERVICE
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY…
This is a simplified summary of the main points. The full Terms of Service will apply to all orders.
Payment is 50/50, payment plans available if discussed beforehand.
Commercial use is included for streaming, social media, monetized content, and branding.
I retain the right to display the model in my portfolio and social media unless a privacy fee is selected.
Work may be streamed or shared as WIP unless discussed otherwise.
Please provide clear visual references before ordering to ensure the best result.
Revisions are limited depending on the commission stage (see full TOS for details).
Major design changes after sketch approval may require additional fees.
The PSD must be properly separated if ordering Rig Only services.
Source file (.cmo3) is not included by default.
Refunds depend on the stage of progress and are not available after final files are delivered.
The model may not be resold as a premade or distributed to multiple users.
AI training, NFT, or blockchain-related use is strictly prohibited.

AGREEMENT
Please read them carefully before placing an order. I am not responsible for misunderstandings caused by not reviewing the information provided.
A. COMMISSION ACCEPTANCE
Right to refuse I reserve the right to decline any commission request without the need to provide a reason.
Withdrawal I reserve the right to cancel or withdraw from a commission if circumstances arise that make me uncomfortable or prevent me from completing the work properly. In such cases, a full, partial, or no refund may be issued depending on the progress made.
B. Rights, Ownership, and Usage
B1. Included Rights
Character Ownership The character design belongs to you. I will not reuse or resell your specific character design.
Commercial Use Commercial use is included in the base price. The model may be used for streaming, monetized content, social media, branding, and similar content.
Credit Credit must be given in a visible location when possible (for example: Twitch panels, profile description, or carrd page).
AI / Blockchain restriction The commissioned work may NOT be used for AI training, NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain-related projects, or similar technologies.
Resale and redistribution The model may not be redistributed, shared, or resold as a premade asset for multiple users.
If ownership of the character is transferred to another person, usage rights for the model may also be transferred, but I must be notified beforehand.
B2. Source Files and Editing
PSD files prepared for Live2D are included in Art commissions.
.cmo3 rigging source files are NOT included by default.
If you wish to receive rigging source files (.cmo3) or allow third-party modifications, this must be discussed beforehand and may require an additional fee.
I am not responsible for issues caused by edits or modifications made by third parties.
Support or fixes are not guaranteed for files modified by others.
B3. Full Copyright Transfer
Full copyright transfer (complete ownership of the work) is not included by default and must be negotiated separately.
C. Portfolio and Workflow
Portfolio use I reserve the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, or promotional material unless a privacy fee has been agreed upon.
Work in progress I may share or stream parts of the creation process unless privacy is requested in advance.
PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are accepted via VGen or PayPal invoice, and any platform or transaction fees (such as VGen or PayPal fees) are the responsibility of the client.A 50% upfront payment is required to secure the commission slot, and the remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery. Work will begin only after the initial payment has been received, and final files will only be delivered once full payment has been completed.

The remaining 50% must be paid after preview approval and before final delivery.
Payment plans Of 2–3 installments may be available if discussed before confirming the commission.
Slot reservation The commission slot is reserved once the initial payment has been made.
Failure to complete payment within a reasonable timeframe may result in the commission being paused or cancelled.
B. Additional Fees
Rush fee Rush orders have a +30% fee and must be agreed upon before starting the commission.
Privacy fee A 50–100 USD privacy fee can be requested if you prefer the commission to not be publicly shared or displayed in my portfolio.
Complexity adjustments Highly complex designs, additional features, or major changes requested after work has started may require additional fees depending on the amount of extra work involved.
C. Refund Policy
Client cancellation If the client decides to cancel the commission, a full, partial, or no refund may be issued depending on the progress made.
Artist cancellation If I am unable to complete the commission due to personal circumstances, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
Completed commissions Once the commission has been finished and the final files have been delivered, refunds are not available.
Payment disputes Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in loss of usage rights and refusal of future commissions.
WORKFLOW
After confirming the commission details, the project will be scheduled once the initial payment has been received. Before starting, I will review all references and confirm important details to ensure the scope of the project is clear and achievable.During the process, progress updates will be shared at key stages depending on the type of commission. Clients are welcome to provide feedback during these stages to ensure the final result matches their expectations.Once the work is near completion, a final preview will be provided for approval before delivery.Final files will be delivered after the remaining payment has been completed.Delays may occur if responses take a long time, references are unclear, or major changes are requested mid-process.

Art commissions usually include previews during the sketch, clean art, and final rendering stages.
Rigging commissions usually include previews showing movement tests and adjustments before final delivery.
Art + Rig commissions follow both processes, beginning with design approval before moving into the rigging stage.
B. Feedback and Revisions
Feedback can be provided during each preview stage.
Revision limits depend on the commission type and are described in the Terms of Service section.
Major design changes after sketch approval may require additional fees.
Requests that significantly change the original concept or add new features may be quoted separately.
C. Delivery
A final preview will be provided once the commission is near completion.
Final files will only be delivered after full payment has been completed.
Minor adjustments after delivery may be possible depending on the request.
I am not responsible for issues caused by modifications made by third parties.

How can I commission you?
A: I usually open applications during specific commission windows. If your project fits my current availability and interests, I will contact you to discuss details and confirm your slot.
How can I increase my chances of being selected?
I usually prioritize designs that match my artistic strengths and preferences. At the moment, I tend to prefer stylized designs, and concepts that fit my art style.
Do discounts apply if I commission art first and rig later?
Package pricing only applies when Art + Rig is commissioned together. If rigging is requested later, it will be treated as a separate commission.
Can I cancel after paying the initial payment?
Refunds depend on the stage of the commission. Please review the Refund Policy section for details.
How will communication work during the commission?
Updates will be provided during the main stages of the process. Communication usually takes place through VGen messages or discord.
Response times may vary depending on workload.
Can you add extra features later?
Additional features such as extra expressions, outfits, toggles, or adjustments can usually be added, but may require an additional quote.
Do you create showcase videos for every commission?
Showcase videos are not guaranteed and depend on my schedule and availability.
